Transwarp GS question - Technical

Hi everyone, 

Ok, I finally got a good cable for my TWGS. 
However, I now have an error code coming up, 
and it says that if this keeps coming up to 
call for service which we all know is impossible. 

Now, the screen says "error code=0202" and to 
follow this procedure. 

1) Turn off the GS. 
2) Wait 20 seconds. 
3) Turn it back on. 

Under this says that if this screen returns, 
that I should call for service. I am assuming 
there is a bad part on it now. Any ideas??? 
Anyone who has worked on these before and knows 
exactly what I need to check???
