Re: CFFA problem

My understanding is that the CFFA card should go in slot 7 since it works like a profile hard drive. I have mine there with the Disk II controller card in slot 6. My system is also an Enhanced IIe.

Hallo,
I do have the following problem with my CFFA:

1. It is placed in slot 6 (formated a 128 MB SanDisk as 6,1;6,2
4,1;4,2)

2. If I turn my Apple IIe (65C02) on it starts to scan slot 7 disk 1
and nothing else.

3. If I do interupt him by pressing Ctrl and Reset and then typing
IN#6 the apple starts to boot from the CFFA - but only if the computer was running for ca. 15 min. - if it was not the CFFA
says mistake or the apple says that proddos is not possible.

Thanks for help and greetings from Germany,

Lars
