The *.sea.bin files you have are most likely Mac Self Extracting
Archives in a MacBinary wrapper. You would have to use a Mac to
unpack them to give you what will most likely be DiskCopy images of
the disks.
I'm not sure if there are any utilities like ADT that will work for
transferring 800KB disk images and even if there are, I don't know if
they would support DiskCopy images. You might be better off buying
the disks from someplace like Syndicomm and maybe getting their
telecommunications disk as well so that you can transfer ShrinkIt
files to your IIgs and use ShrinkIt or GSHK to unpack them.
Actually, all you really need is a bootable disk with a communications
program and some version of ShrinkIt on it so that you can download
the ShrinkIt versions of System 6.0.1 and null modem them to 3.5"
floppies on your IIgs and then unpack those files to other 3.5"
floppies to make yourself a set of disks.
