Juiced.GS is still being published quarterly but is aimed more at the
IIgs so there isn't much 8 bit coverage.  Subscription information can
be found at:

Call A.P.P.L.E. is being published again but it is a mix of Mac and
Apple II material.  I believe you need to be a member of the Apple
Pugetsound Program Library Exchange (A.P.P.L.E) to get this
newsletter.  Information on joining can be found at:

That's all I know of for print publications.
