In 1986 I've moved in the U.S. with my family for a period of 1 year. I
still remember returning from the store with a brand new wonderful
Apple //c around Christmas. I was 13 and it was my first computer. In
the 90's I still was using it (just for games, however). Then, in 1997
I got a Pentium class computer (which I'm using right now) and the //c
went in his box under the bed. After some year I remembered of the //c
and tryed to put it back to work... It turned on at the first try and
worked great. In the 80's I just used this machine to play games and
write letters, now I wonted to learn more about it. I started looking
around and I met a whole comunity interested in old computers. Now I
have a wonderful IIe sitting on my desk while the //c is again in his
box. Waiting to be turned on again some day.
