The uSPEED floating-point accelerator card.

Since I have a Zip Chip in my //e, the RDY line on my machine
is already non-functional, which is what led me to reverse-engineer
the card.

For testing, I am able to simply access it _slowly_, but that isn't
practical for actually using it.  ;-)
