When I used to use my ImageWriter II a lot more than I do now, I used
to use a IIgs NDA called PaperSaver that made it easier to do some of
the tips you described.  It had the ability to feed to the top of the
page, back the tractor feed paper out so you could switch to friction
feed, advance tractor feed paper to the tear off point and put it back
to the top of the page again.

It was a very handy NDA.
