IMHO, any Law that CAN be abused is wrong. In computer terms, the Law
is the Code which Society run on. If you right sloppy code for a
computer it will slow down and crash. If you write sloppy Law for a
soiciety it too will slow down and crash.
The difference is when a Society crashes, it take millions of peoples
live with it.
Right now the Law is written about a trillion times worse that the
worst Windows.
