Bill, I'm with you on ExpressPCB as they are a great beginning when first
building boards. Don't fall into the same trap that I did where you are
stuck with using them because you used their software. If you need small
sized boards, eagle is the perfect choice as it is free and you can send
eagle files to most houses to build from. For a hobby board or for 5-20
boards as a one-time thing, ExpressPCB is great. For production over time
and in quantity, other board houses are much much cheaper.
