Shipping is extra...last order I put in, it was another $8. That was for my
beer-fridge controller and another board I was doing at work, though, so
you'd end up looking at about $60 for what you're doing.

I think I looked at ExpressPCB before, but I didn't want to be locked into
using their software to design boards (hmm...sounds like what I said about
AOHell years and years ago, about not wanting to be stuck using their
software instead of dialing in with ProTERM or whatever). If you already
have a project of some complexity in there, though, it makes sense that you
wouldn't want to redo it if you could avoid it.
