I have a similar setup - two 3.5" drives and a DuoDisk connected
to the SmartPort and a revision "C" SCSI card in slot 6. When slot 6
is set to "Your Card" the two 3.5" drives and SCSI drives are
available but the DuoDisk can't be accessed. When slot 6 is set to
"Disk Port" all the floppies can be accessed but not the SCSI drives.
