    Thanks to a bad case of insomnia, I just couldn't resist adding
some code to "KILLRAM" to set the Minimum and Maximum RAM Disk Sizes
to zero so that I won't have go into the Control Panel and do it
manually.

    Now that I've had success in modifying "KILLRAM", I believe I can
come up with something I'll call "ToggleRAM".  It'll kill "/RAM5" if
it exists; create it if it doesn't.  The decision will be based on the
values specified by Battery RAM parameters.
