Actually, I'm sure a lot of that could be done on Windows 98, although
Win98 is far less efficient. EMU][ has a built-in assembler that
assembles right into emulated RAM, plus it can open DOS 3.3 binary files.
Also, Windows Paint can do 1 bpp graphics, and Calc does have a hex mode.
