Name that game!

Hi all. I'm going a little crazy here trying to remember the name of a game
I used to play, and would like to try and get my hands on again.

Premise:
You are a torpedo plane, and your mission is to both successfully destroy
warships (aircraft carriers and the like) and to shoot down fighter planes
when they manage to take off. You initially start on your own aircraft
carrier and must take off from there and complete your missions and then
land without blowing up. The viewpoint is sidescrolling, though when in
dogfights you could "circle" around your enemy. I believe it was played from
a 5.25 disk, though I can't swear by it.

If anyone could provide the name of this game for me, I would be much
obliged.
