Who can I trust to sell me a decent IIe or IIgs?

Hi there. 
 
I'm looking to buy an Apple IIe and/or IIgs and wonder who the csa2
regulars would recommend I buy from? Should I just pick an Ebay action
at random or are there respected outlets that will sell me a machine
for a decent price?
 
While I've bought extensively online for my Mac and PCs I've never had
much to do with the Apple II market (I've been using emulation till
now). So I feel a bit out of my depth and could really use some
guidance.
 
I've limited spare change, as I'm returning to study soon and will
have to pay to get this hardware shipped from the US (the New Zealand
market is too tiny to consider, at least as far as I can see). So I
can't afford to make too many mistakes.

recommended configurations for both models. Is there anyone who would
simply be able to sell me one of those configurations or will I have
to hunt down parts and upgrades from multiple vendors or individuals?
