I have a similar IIe setup: 1MB Ram, SCSI, Super Serial, Mouse, Disk,
Clock, Modem and use a regular power supply. I have had to replace
the power supply once, but I had been running the same setup for years
without a problem. So, I'd say a regular supply works for me.
