I found it much easier to use HFS format for the zip disks,
but instead of buying software, use HFV Explorer (free) to
read them on the PC. I don't have the link to it offhand,
however, if you email me I can send you the install file for
it. This can also read HFS formatted 1.44 mb floppies on the
PC. I used that method for quite a while, but mug is easier
for the floppies. Zip disks formatted for MS-DOS are a pain
on the IIgs at best. I suggest another method.
