The smb.zip file was actually sent to me from Olivier Goguel (with the
FTA)
Olivier downloaded the file from iigs.dreamhost.com (Lucas's site) and
made it into a bootable disk image, then emailed it to me.  I had
contacted him via email to see how to start Hard drive images within
activeGS...  I was trying to "boot 71", slot 7 drive 1.  Turns out
there is no drive designator on slot 7, and you need to just "boot 7"
