No, just a bunch of stuff I picked up here and there.

Usually the mouse and card are sold separately on eBay.

I know that ShrinkIt 3.4 uses MouseText characters, but
there are not many that do. If you want to use MouseText
in one of your own programs I can find the info for you,
but more than likely you'll be getting many posts in
answer to your request. I'll scout out the links with
most of the info you need in them and get back with you,
unless others do first, that is. ;-)
