Where are you trying to format them. On a GS, a
disk that is formatted for MS-DOS sometimes requires
more than one attempt. On a UniDisk 3.5 drive, CopyIIPlus
will give better results than the ShrinkIt format util.
Try reformatting them on the PC using "Format a: /U",
this give you a clean format with no backup of the prior
formatting. I bought a case of these also, but I have not
tried any of them yet. Guess I should now. Good Luck.
