All of this smacks of your accelerator not making a good connection to 
the CPU socket.

Turn it off all pieces of your IIgs system. Open the lid and touch the 
big metal box inside, then unplug the IIgs.

Skootch up and then press down on the CPU connector for your transwarp 
accelerator and make sure it is seated properly to the motherboard's CPU 
socket.
