Hi!

I just got hold on an AppleColor RGB Monitor.
Supposed to be the one for the IIgs. Good.

Now, the monitor is a 110V one and we have 220V here. Is there a way to
"convert" or "mod" the monitor to 220V? I recall Mac Classics to have a
shortcut to cut and then would accept 220V...
Is there a way to achieve that?

I've never had to look into it but the specs at
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=1930
seem to sugest that it will work with your voltage. Whether it
automatically switches voltage or there's a switch inside I can't
say

The Model number is A2M6014.

That's the one

Also, I didn't get the monitor cable with it... is that a straight 1..1,
2..2, 3..3, etc. cable or is there a twist somewhere??

That's how it's made though the IIgs cable only has pins 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 13. You can also use a Mac monitor cable. The ones before they went to SVGA or LCD. The extra pins just aren't used.
