I believe that the intent of the product spec is to state that the monitor
is _available_ in three voltage ranges, but any particular monitor is
only wired for the voltage on its label in the rear.
Although this might suggest that the power supply could be
adapted easily to 220VAC, there is no guarantee--there may
simply have been two (or three) different power supplies to go
with the different label voltages.
Someone who has looked inside recently would be able to
tell if at least some of them had a mains voltage jumper...
