Bill, I've seen these going for $200+ in working condition, so for
someone who figures they can repair it $40 is probably fairly enticing.
 
Low feedback doesn't always translate to deadbeat bidder or lack of
experience - I've been eBaying for about three years and only have 13
feedbacks (mainly because I'm cheap and I don't like to get caught up in
emotionally charged bidding wars).
