Yes, it apparently is...

Well, I don't know of anyplace that has it online, technically you need 
permission from Apple to host it and they mucked around with the rules a 
few years back.

Best bet would apparently be to wait for the HD that Bill is sending 
you...especially considering that while GS/OS System 6.01 will run off 
of a 3.5" disk, you'll be lacking a lot.
