The emulator called 'IIe' was written by Victor and Vincent Tan, and I
believe they're from Australia too. It seems likely this is the same
Vincent Tan who wrote VDOS. The web page for IIe has disappeared. I've
never used IIe, but it might have a contact address included with it.
