A null modem cable is very common, and you should have no trouble finding
one at a local computer shop. You'll want the 25-pin to 9-pin type. ADT is a
beautiful thing but getting it set up correctly can be a little tricky. To
save yourself some grief, google the "groups" for something like ADT IIC and
you should find many helpful posts. Don't stress if it doesn't work the
first time.
