Let's see...I purchased my Sirius RAM Card from Alltech, maybe 5 or 6
years ago, plugged it into the RAM expansion slot in my IIGS, and never
thought twice about it, until I spotted your post.
 
Certainly, in my case, it was "plug, play and forget about it."
