  Bill, it sounds like the 5th RAM chip from the front of the computer.  Just
plain old 64K DRAM, of which I have a few hundred around the shop.  One of the
best RAM test programs I used to use was the one that Franklin gave to their
dealers.  It loaded into such a small part of RAM, that it would find any
memory problem.
