Lynx is my preferred browser.  Unfortunately, a bug popped up a year or
two ago (that will supposedly be fixed in the next version) that stopped
the . command from properly launching new xterms which would in turn run
lynx on the link.  A browser that doesn't let me spawn windows madly
isn't much use . . .
