Doesn't ADT create the .dsk image for you when you transfer an Apple II
floppy to the PC thru ADT ????  If not, any .dsk image, blank or non-blank,
should do, since ADT is unaware of the OS on the disk and works at the
track/sector level only.
 
(btw a nice extension to ADT would be to enable it to read copy-protected
Apple II disks as well, creating a .nib image at the PC end....)
