There should be a connector on the front right corner of the motherboard...
it'll plug into that.  If you have a SoundMeister already installed, you
might want to just leave that in there...all the HyperStudio card does is
add a microphone input.  The SoundMeister does that and more, and it needs
to plug into the same connector.  (The connector provides analog I/O to the
Ensoniq 5503, and it also provides the signals needed by a sound card to
demux multichannel output.)
