Just before she left for KFest, I was sitting next to Jeri, and
she handed me a C-One board for my inspection (she had two or three of
the boards in her bag). She even offered to let me have it (I had
pre-ordered one in November). I told her not to worry and to keep it
until she had the core done for it. However, it was nice looking at
all the little in-jokes that she had inscribed on the board (well, she
had to explain to me what all of them meant). In other words, the
C-One production board is very real.

She also showed me the several Apple USB boards that she was
taking to KFest. As I held one of them, she explained the various
components on the board, and how A2 programmers and enthusiasts were
going to develop software for it. (One name that comes to mind and
who she was going to meet at KFest was Hans Franke, the organizer of
Vintage Computer Festival Europa, and an avid Apple II person.) In
other words, the Apple USB boards are very real.
