3.58/4.43 ability is most likely related to 60/50 ability, since there
would be no point in keeping these separate from one another. The
color subcarrier frequencies are (MHz):
50/625 60/525
PAL 4.43361875 3.57561149
NTSC 4.4296875 3.579545
The two major systems are of course PAL-50 (4.43361875 MHz) and
NTSC-50 (3.579545 MHz). A few countries (Brazil, Laos, Thailand)
use PAL-50 (3.57561149 MHz). And NTSC-50 (4.4296875 MHz) is nowadays
not used but was used for expermiental transmissions in Europe in
the early 1960's, before Europe decided on using PAL and SECAM.
