The IIgs can take both and the 3.5" get connected first.

> Does the IIc have to be a certain ROM version to support the unidisk?

Yes, the first version of the IIc can not take a 3.5" UniDisk without
first being modified with a rom upgrade. I forget the number of the rom,
but I do remember that jumper W1 gets cut open and W2 gets soldered
over. I just did that upgrade. Also there is a check you can do, but I also
can't remember what location you have to peek. I know that a 255 in that
location means the original IIc and can't take the 3.5 drive. The IIc+ is
already able to take both.

I have half a dozen Disk II 5.25 drives and controllers, and I can get you
as many Apple 5.25 and 3.5 drives you want. UniDisk 3.5 drives are rare.
I had to bite, kick and scream to get the one I have now. Oh, and be the
highest bidder. LMAO

Never heard of the Rocket Accelerator. Is there another name
for that one?
