The PC-Transporter ProDOS file(s) are quite simply a block for block image
of an MS-DOS partition. The second file (if present) simply starts at the
"next" block following the first file.

For what it's worth, both the original MS-DOS Utilities and the MUG! NDA can
read and write files on PC-Transporter Hard Disk partitions.
