My concern is more towards the individual who posted
the files. Are they aware that they have this problem, and
can we alert them to it. This effect may have been repeated
in other venues as well. Has anyone downloaded any other
files with similar problems? If so, we should concentrate
on helping them discover their discrepancy and remedy it.
