Alexey,

If you have a static IP address, then you should be able to set up
a telnet account with a file server on your own computer. People
could play the games and stuff and download files straight from
your machine. I did it for quite some time in the 90's. Can't tell
you how now, it's been too long. Maybe others here can enlighten
you further. ;-)
