http://www.cpm.z80.de has a CP/M 3.1 diskset (note: it's a bit
sluggish).

Under "word processors" there is a 2.2 (BIOS 2.20) CP/M diskset on
Asimov.

Since CP/M is now freeware I don't have any qualms pointing you in the
right direction *g*
