Well, of course you'll want them all. ;-)
But if I had to pick one to start with, I'd go with the IIgs. You can run
both 8 bit and GS/OS apps, and it will probably come with 3.5" and 5.25"
drives.
The 3.5" drive is compatible with Mac SuperDrive floppies, which can help
you get started with software off the net.
Another possibility is one of the early 90's Macs with an LC slot, which can
take a IIe Card.
A IIe Card in a Color Classic gives you a IIe with a SCSI hard disk, 800K
floppy drive, and color monitor (plus the bonus Mac!) in a very compact
case.
