Apple didn't sell a keyboard with the Apple I.  It was just the computer on
a board.  The buyer supplied a keyboard, power supply and other stuff (tape
player, for instance).

The Datanetics keyboard was one of many that would work with the Apple I.  I
think I've seen at least a couple go on eBay recently.

I'm not sure of any other reliable sources.
