Springboard Publisher will do all that, including publishing with sideways
text, and graphics which can be faded into the background.

GEOS also does much, if not all, of what you ask, but I haven't enough
experience with it.

Nice features, but I still like PublishIt! better because of it's speed and
ease of use.  Too bad it never had a spellchecker added to it!
