PublishIt! 4 has my vote for best A2 DTP program.

In fact, I've still got one 'legacy' document, a 50-page product catalog,
that I still maintain with PI, because I've been too lazy to convert it to
PageMaker.

The cool thing is this: After modifying the 'LaserPrep' file somewhat, I
print the document as PostScript to Disk, take it over to my Mac, and Adobe
Acrobat Distiller makes a great PDF file from it, including all the .eps
graphics in the original PI file.

Yeah, PI was one remarkable Apple II program.
