Well, if you think about it, Windows _is_ the center, with over
90% share. Anything but Windows is decidedly _ec_centric. ;-)
While those who reside outside the mainstream will find this
a nuisance, the 90% who live in or near the center are well-
supported by Windows-based programs and file formats.
