Then sure, by all means, go ahead and remove the 20 to 19
pin cable from the drives and run a 20 line ribbon cable from the
Disk II card to the connector in the drive, but, you won't be able
to daisy chain another drive to it. Just be sure pin 1 to pin 1 exists
as I have heard too many " I hooked it up wrong and blew something
up " stories. ;-) Good luck.
