Yeah, it's 10yrs since any new Apple II's were sold.  Your average computer
user doesn't realize some of us still cherish them.
Being mean to lost strangers seeking help reflects poorly on CSA2, in my
opinion.  This person may never darken our door again, but there will
continue to be a steady stream of others. There is no point to being rude,
it won't keep others from making the same mistake. Either ignore them, or
politely redirect them.
