Most I've come across lack the terminators, however it is quite easy
to make one by snipping off the end of an old phone cable and wrapp-
ing the two outside wires around the leads of the appropriate 
resistor -- not sure about the specific type, I just looked for one
with the same coloured stripes ;-)
