RAM Express II by AE

Hi, guys...

I purchased an Apple IIc+ a few years ago, and I FINALLY got around to
playing with it. Opening up the unit, I found a RAM Express II card, by
Applied Engineering. It has a lithium battery (a tiny one, more like the
size of a battery for a watch). Tried searching for "RAM Express II" on
Google, but didn't find anything. I'd like to know exactly what this card is
(RAM capacity, clock???, etc.)
