Need 40 Pin DIL plug

Hello, I have a freind looking for a 40 pin DIL plug for a cable for the GS. He
tells me he needs the plug at the top of the diagram below but whenever he
orders one he gets the one in the lower part of the diagram. Can anyone help?

The 40 pin DIL plug is used on the Transwarp card from Applied Engineering for
the Apple IIgs."
