The Workstation card software expects the Appletalk ROM on the card 
itself... it says Appletalk isn't installed when I tried it (on a Rom 3)
The same goes for the Chooser.II program from the GS system 4.0 disk

I think there are two versions of AppleShare disks that can be created 
using the 6.0.1 Install and supplemental disks.
'AppleShare 3.5' boot through GS/OS to the graphical program launcher. 
(the scroll bar type not the Mousedesk/Finder type )
'LocalStartup' boots through GS/OS to an 80 column Select Server menu.
